This year’s edition is held under the motto:
Living the ELLSperience | Cultivating Scientific Innovation
The conference is a unique opportunity to:

• present your research in an international environment,
• gain valuable scientific and presentation experience,
• network with other students and researchers from ELLS partner universities.

Steps to participate:
Step 1: Submission of papers
Deadline for submitting papers is 16 June 2025. The best abstracts will be selected for an oral or poster presentation (along with a short talk – called poster pitch).
 Step 2: Evaluation and feedback
Authors will be informed in early September whether their submission has been accepted and in which form they will be able to present their research.
 Step 3: Participant registration
Participant registration (both speakers and listeners) will open in September and continue until early November. Participation as a listener is also possible for those who have not submitted an abstract or whose abstracts are not qualified.

Why you should attend
It’s not just a conference – it’s an international academic experience that will help you spread your wings as a young scientist. Speeches, posters, discussions, new friends and inspiration – all in a collaborative and open atmosphere.
There will be cash prizes for the authors of the best papers, and active participation in the conference can also earn you extra points towards a research scholarship.
